The day I picked to attend Bloom this year turned out to be one of the wettest days of the year. The gardens were soaked as was I and ankle deep in mud, but fortunately there were a few inside displays one of which I was very pleased to see. Since the recession hit I have been making more and more of an effort to find things made in Ireland and when the items are practical necessary consumables all the better. I have two terriers and so was delighted to see a stand of dog food made in Ireland. The ladies at the stand were lovely and I came away with several samples to try. One of our terriers is a picky eater and the other has allergies, so I was interested in seeing how they liked the samples we brought back home.
How did they like it? A picture speaks a thousand words…
Buddy and Harry both dug in and seemed to really enjoy it. I will have to pick up a bag next time I am at the pet shop and give it a try on a longer term basis. First signs look promising!
