This weekend, a friend brought a couple bottles of Black Rock  Irish Stout over for us to try.  Generally, I prefer lighter beers so I was a bit wary at first. Friar Weisse, Cork’s finest wheat beer!

Friar Wiesse German style Weisse beer (4.7% abv) brewed at the Franciscan Well in Cork, Ireland Appearance: A rich dark amber cloudy beer with a fine head.  The carbonation is mild and pleasant.
